Job Description :
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Software QA Test Plan / Strategy

2. Requirement Analysis, Test Case Design & Execution, Test Coverage Analysis

3. Participates in requirement meetings and conference calls

4. Estimate and review QA efforts as part of the overall development effort

5. Manage Defect Triage

6. Participates in team project planning

7. Co-ordinate with Development, Onshore partners

8. Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines

9. Pay high attention to detail in all work

10. Quality on time delivery of agreed deliverables

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
1. BE or any equivalent

2. 3-6 years of Strong Testing Experience

3. Experience in SQL / PLSQL

4. Exposure to Unix, Shell scripting

5. Good communication and analytical skills

6. Good Knowledge / Experience on Automation is a plus
