Job Description:
1. Deliver simple and complex ad hoc PeopleSoft reports that are unavailable from self-service tools

2. Provide user support and training for HR Analytic Tool (HRA)

3. Use query manager in PeopleSoft to extract reports

4. Interact with all levels of HR and non-HR customers to understand/clarify report requirements

5. Be part of team meetings, ad hoc meetings and regular one on one as and when required

6. Follow up on pending requests daily and take appropriate actions to close them

7. Be able to timely escalate issues through team leader

8. Provide operational support to Tier 3 analytic leaders

9. Knowledge of Structured Query language (SQL) and PeopleSoft data structure

10. Basic understanding and familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools

11. Knowledge of key HR reporting processes (census, turnover, cost reporting, etc.)

12. Experience in staffing related reports. Knowledge of Business Objects/OBIEE preferred
Candidate Profile:
Qualification :
1. 2 – 6 years of HR reporting

2. Expertise in Structured Query language (SQL advanced)

3. Knowledge of PeopleSoft data structure and preferable experience in PeopleSoft 8.9 or 9.1 versions

4. Knowledge of Business Objects/OBIEE and staffing related reports

5. Experience in creating reports in OBIEE

6. Expertise in Advanced Excel and Macro
