Job Description:

• Handle end to end recruitment solution delivery and Walk-ins.

• Interact with the internal stakeholders to get a clear briefing on the open positions.

• Analyse their requirements and identify the best ways to source talent.

• Assist and guide team in sourcing profiles from different job Portals, through Job Posting Referencing and Headhunting.

• Prepare and Analyse Recruitment Trackers & maintain MIS of work for review.

• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

Job Requirements:

• Should have excellent communication skills+ Convincing skills.

• Should have done leadership hiring for at least 2-5 yrs.

• Have done bulk hiring for 2-4 yrs.

• Should be excellent in Headhunting and Networking.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Have done work in Job portals.

• BPO Experience is mandatory.
