Job Description:

The candidate will be part of graphics System Validation Tools team in Visual and Parallel Computing Group (VPG); In this position, candidate will be responsible for developing validation tools and methodologies for testing and debug of graphics IP. Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Development of validation/debug tools.

• Understand the new graphics(Display, 3D and Media) features/DCNs and Specifications and convert them to validation tools.

• Work with validation stakeholders and fixing the bugs in tools.

• Code reviews, Code Quality Checks, Turn-ins, Regressions, Code efficiency improvements.

• Ability to comprehend and design/develop validation infrastructure for multiple platforms/environments (Post Silicon, Emulation and Simulation ).

• Ability to convert Problem Statement to design/development.

Skills:

• Should have basic understanding of Computer architecture, micro controller/microprocessor, graphics architecture/design &/ Video processing technics/standards.

• Experience and Strong Hands On knowledge of C/ C# / C++/ Shell programming/PERL/Python/ in Windows environment.

• Good analytical ability, problem solving and communication skills.
