Job Responsibilities:

•  Creating weekly and monthly MIS reports.

•  To create templates to input various data with respect to workshop details.

•  To design attendance tracker.

•  Creating weekly and monthly profit and loss.

•  Working with various departments in data formatting and report customizing.

•  Maintenance of operational database.

•  Coordinating with operations team and management team.

•  Incentive calculation for team.

•  MIS report maintenance.

•  Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.

•  Ensure deliverable (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the process requirements schedule.

•  Creating and updating productivity report in Dashboard and Share MIS Dashboard to the operations team.

•  Prepared Proactive checklist for database & important work to avoid future downtime.

•  Making advanced presentation in Ms PowerPoint to present MIS & other related important reports.

•  Preparing and analyse reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process by using MS-Excel.
