• Cloud Computing - CRM Support
• At least one year of work experience in Desktop Troubleshooting / ISP Troubleshooting / Semi
• Technical / Technical process / Cloud Computing / Networking Support / web-based applications Support.
• Knowledge of browser compatibility issues / E-Mail issues etc.
• Understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, proxy servers, mail servers,VPN etc.
• Some understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL.
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues.
