Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
1.
Team member of the AskEVO Tiger Operations SAP Basis
2.
Provide Operational Excellence for Tiger in the areas SAP Basis, Monitoring,
Portal, Oracle Database, Unix- Shell and Scripting and other infrastructure
elements
3.
Work with Tiger Support Partner, assess operational quality, identify gaps, and
manage closure of gaps in SAP Basis area, including
4.
Ensure effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Management
5.
Work in EVO Tiger SAP Basis team and provide missing technical and operational
expertise for Major Incident Management and support EVO Tiger Support Partner
to close their knowledge gaps
6.
Provide support for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution of
Major Incidents
7.
Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem
investigation and resolution
8.
Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident &
problem resolutions when alternative solutions are available
Qualifications:
Essential:
B Tech, Masters, Min 4 years of Experience in Basis
Desired:
SAP Basis certification
