Job Description:

• System Support Analyst
• Provide technical support via phone queues & email mailboxes
• Administer IDs for web-based applications
• Provide systems support and problem diagnosis/resolution
• Test new system updates to understand new functionality and impact on customers prior to implementation
• Engage technical help desk or third party service support teams, when required
• Meet or exceed call handling standards
• Ensure all incidents are logged into the call management system

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor degree holders with GPA 6 and above (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
• One to three years of relevant work experience will be an advantage (e.g. technical support / troubleshooting)
• Good technical / IT knowledge
• Good communication and analytical skills
• An effective team player
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure
