Job Description:

• Arranging complex travel and accommodation, producing itinerary as needed.

• Booking meetings rooms in the UK, organizing meetings.

• Managing and coordinating diaries.

• Proof reading documentation.

• Ordering equipment including IT, headsets, business cards.

• Submitting printing and binding requests.

• Assisting with event administration.

• Creating and amending internal distribution lists in Outlook.

• Submitting phone requests to outsource provider.

• Conducting online file searches using in-house system.

• Anonymising technical documentation and uploading to in house database.

• Dealing with all general ad-hoc administration tasks eg arranging couriers, timesheet submission.

• Type correspondence and documentation including amends.

• Produce and amend excel spreadsheets.

The Individual:

• Individuals must have one to three years experience in a similar role working for a large multinational company (experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage) and show drive and a can do attitude

• The ability to solve problems, take ownership of the issue and hand back the solution in a timely fashion is crucial.

• The individual must also be able to work well within a team and be a real team player.

• They also need to be able to prioritize their workload and often meet tight deadlines.

• Some staff will need to demonstrate accurate copy typing skills at approximately 60wpm.

• The individual must be prepared to work on a shift basis(rotational).

• Excellent communication is a mandate.
