Job Description:

• Minimum of 1 Year experience in an international voice process.

• Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 shift.

• Ability to handle customer escalations.

• Experience in customer service.

• Minimum education should be graduation (Full time & Correspondence).

• Telecom domain experience is an added advantage.

ELigibility Details:

• Excellent ENGLISH communication skills are mandatory.

• Willingness to work in any shifts (Including Night Shifts).

• Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS BPS in the last 6 months will not be eligible.
