Job Responsibilities:

1. Creating weekly and monthly MIS reports.

2. To create templates to input various data with respect to workshop details.

3. To design attendance tracker.

4. Creating weekly and monthly profit and loss.

5. Working with various departments in data formatting and report customizing.

6. Maintenance of operational database.

7. Coordinating with operations team and management team.

8. Incentive calculation for team.

9. MIS report maintenance.

10. Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.

11. Ensure deliverable (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the process requirements schedule.

12. Creating and updating productivity report in Dashboard and Share MIS Dashboard to the operations team.

13. Prepared Proactive checklist for database & important work to avoid future downtime.

14. Making advanced presentation in Ms PowerPoint to present MIS & other related important reports.

15. Preparing and analyse reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process by using MS-Excel.
