Job description:

•  Co-Ordinate with different functions to ensure orders are processed within TAT.

•  Handling customer disputes.

•  Setting new customers in SAP.

•  Handling Customer Renewals and sign up.

•  Monthly Billings.

•  Enter Order received from the disturbers into SAP.

•  Process RMA request received from the customers.

•  Follow up on parts which are not set up in SAP.

•  Providing order status to the customer.

•  Place International orders.

Skills:

•  Bachelor's degree (in any discipline).

•  Excellent communication skill.

• Prior experience of working on SAP & SFDC in order management 

• background will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Advance Excel will be added advantage.
