Job Description:

• Enter patient demos if patient is not already listed in the Application using Scanned Reports.
• If scan is not clear, need to follow-up with the supervisor/ client.
• Need to verify patient address (if needed Google Search).
• Key the charges with Claim Info, Patient Info, Provider Info and Insurance Info, from Registration
• Documents/ Face Sheets.
• Knowledge on CPT, ICD & Modifiers.
• Bill Payor or Patient wherever applicable (in case of Self Pay).
• Deliver Daily target for Demos & Charge Entry (CPT wise or Account wise).
• Good understanding and knowledge of Demo & Charge Entry.

Skills:

• Hands-on knowledge on Demos, Charge Entry, Payment Posting , Insurance Verification and basic Coding a must.
• 1+ Year in Healthcare Industry.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Good English Communication and typing 45 wpm(Numerical & Verbal) with 95% accuracy.
