Job Description:

• Associate/Senior Associate
• Need 3-5 years of experience in BPO / ITES background.
• Candidates Must be good in Drafting E-mail.
• Should be a Good Team player.
• Excellent Communication Skills are required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve queries of team members during operations.
• Build a good rapport with the team members and motive them to perform up to the expectations of the management.
• Train the entire team and give individual attention to the team members as and when required.
• Manage leave for the team with the help of Local Application Manager.
• Ensure that his team members adhere to the SOP of every process 100%.
• Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts.
• Shift allowance will be provided.

Skills:

• Excellent communication (written / oral) and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) is highly preferred.
• Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast paced environment.
• Desire to achieve results, attention to details and willingness to face challenges with the positive attitude.
• Graduation is Must.
