Job Description:

Scope of Work/ Job Description

I. Vigilance

1. To prepare Charge Sheet and to conduct disciplinary proceedings as per the Company's Conduct Regulations and Discipline & Appeal Regulations and as per the extant Company Policy.

2. To ensure speedy processing & documentation of disciplinary cases at all stages

3. Scrutiny of loan applications online and ascertaining eligibility vis-à-vis different loan products of RHFL.

4. Ascertaining KYC compliance for processing of applications

5. Assessment of Borrower’s Income – Both employed and Business proposals.

6. Analysis of Balance Sheet and other financial statements.

7. Assessment of value of properties with the help of GV and MV and verification of reports given by Panel valuers in assessment of value of properties.

8. Appraisal and Sanction of Loans in conformity with Credit Policy of the company
