Job Description :

1. Responsible for handling issues of IPS/IDS software running on multi-processor platforms.

2. Troubleshoot customer issues and take them to closure.

3. Replicate problems in lab, fix and provide hotfixes to customer.

4. Automation of test cases and integration to existing Automation Framework.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

1. B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech from Top engineering colleges (preferably).

2. At least [5-8] years of experience in product sustenance/QA.

3. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP and SSL networking protocols and analyzing packet captures

4. Experience in troubleshooting system level issues and excellent problem solving skills.

5. Proven experience in front ending issues and taking them to resolution
