Job Description:
- Software Developer
- Ability to analyze a report and determine how it functions.
- Strong experience writing reports in Web Intelligence Rich Client 3.1/4.1.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports for Enterprise a plus (This is different than Crystal Reports but some concepts port over).
- Self-starter needs minimal direction to start.
- Solid communication skills to pose questions back to the lead on assigned reports.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time and meet delivery dates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, organization, team, and time management
skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to handle numerous responsibilities with little direction.
- Proven ability to be self-motivated and work well independently.
- Willingly shares relevant technical knowledge and expertise to other resources.
- Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
