Job Description:

• Software Developer
• Ability to analyze a report and determine how it functions.
• Strong experience writing reports in Web Intelligence Rich Client 3.1/4.1.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports for Enterprise a plus (This is different than Crystal Reports but some concepts port over).
• Self-starter needs minimal direction to start.
• Solid communication skills to pose questions back to the lead on assigned reports.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time and meet delivery dates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, organization, team, and time management

skills.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to handle numerous responsibilities with little direction.
• Proven ability to be self-motivated and work well independently.
• Willingly shares relevant technical knowledge and expertise to other resources.
• Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
