Job Description:
- System Support Analyst
- Provide technical support via phone queues & email mailboxes
- Administer IDs for web-based applications
- Provide systems support and problem diagnosis/resolution
- Test new system updates to understand new functionality and impact on customers prior to implementation
- Engage technical help desk or third party service support teams, when required
- Meet or exceed call handling standards
- Ensure all incidents are logged into the call management system
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree holders with GPA 6 and above (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
- One to three years of relevant work experience will be an advantage (e.g. technical support / troubleshooting)
- Good technical / IT knowledge
- Good communication and analytical skills
- An effective team player
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure
