Job Description:

• Data analysis, Set & monitor regional targets. Ascertain & process incentive payouts.
• Monitoring of BD activities through DSR & visits.
• Co-ordinate with different regional offices for various Market related activities.
• Analyzing report submitted by region (ABDM, BDM) weekly.
• Defining strategy for Business development based on analyzing reports, market trends, competition,
• subscriber requirements & behavior, airlines.
• Identifying Target a/cs or new business opportunity Supporting BD, Development, conversions to
• increase business and market share.
• Analyzing Top accounts minutes of the meeting reports - monthly.
• Key account monitoring Top 20-40 (depends on region) productivity every 10-15 days.
• Support other functions / departments of the organization with issues related to region markets 

• and Business development.
• Supporting HOD to analyze, assess and submit appraisals of Business development force in theregion
• Maintaining MIS reports on weekly, monthly basis
