Job Description:

HR Executive

• Work on Taleo for the entire recruitment cycle starting from creating requisition ID as per requirement to offer creation.
• Ensuring good candidate experience from the time of offer generation till the time of on boarding.
• Periodic audits, MIS & Dashboards execution.
• Monitor all relevant Management Information System data.
• Management & delivery of employee related documentation including verification of employment & new hire documentation.

Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Minimum 2yrs experience.
• Working in MNC will be added advantage.
