Job Description:

• Associate/Senior Associate
• Ability to speak to customer in APAC region(Predominantly in Aus, NZ, Philipines) in neutral accent.
• Need to liaise with multiple parties to seek resolution of long pending issues.
• The skill to manage customer relationship while ensuring business objectives are met would be highly sought.
• Ability to understand nuances of cash application process would be an advantage.
• Skill on prioritization and planning of schedules of calls is required.

Candidate Profile:

• Good Communication Skills.
• Prior Voice / Customer Care Experience.
• Good Exposure in MS Office.
• 1 to 5 Years of International Calling Experience.
• Flexibility to work in any shift preferably the early morning shifts.
