Job Description:

Android Application developer/Business Development Executive/HR Executive

1. Android Application developer

•  In-depth knowledge of Android Enterprise development is must
• Experience in developing mobile products
• Experience in phone gap is preferable
• Excellent knowledge on Android Application Maintenance, Upgrade ; Android Application Testing
• Knowledge in Data Structures is must
• Excellent programming knowledge in Java is must
• Strong experience in the design and development (full Life Cycle) of mobile applications (Android)
• Knowledge of performance analysis, memory management, tuning and various caching strategies.
• Experience with Multi-Threaded applications and good exposure in Eclipse Environment (Android)
• Solid back-end skills, ideally in a Java environment where you extended enterprise
• functionality to mobile devices using JSON
• Proficient with C++, Java, Eclipse, OOP design, JSON

Candidate Description

• Candidate should have good analytical, logical & communication skills.
• Good debugging skills and solid work ethic
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate with an aggregate of 60 % can apply.

2. Business Development Executive

• Ability to make positive impact on every interaction
• Young, Dynamic, Enthusiastic in Client Interaction
• Candidates with sales experience/outbound inbound calling/customer care/telemarketing experience are desirable  
• Loves working in growth stage start-up  
• Should have strong presentation skills    
• Excellent in writing and speaking English & any 1 vernacular language

• Good knowledge in IT and Non IT recruitment / Interest to work in recruitment.
• Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.
• Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates.
• Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.
• Scheduling Interviews with the Clients and coordinating with the candidates.
• Should possess excellent communication skills, flair to learn and effective people management skills
• Should be able to work independently

Candidate Profile  

• Any non technical graduates with excellent communication skills.
