• Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must possess good listening skills, Marketing skill, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability.
• Any graduate having recruitment experience of 6 months to 2 Years would be preferred.
• Sourcing and Hiring through Job Portals.
• Screening candidates and identifying right candidates as per the requirement.
• Conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
• Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites.
• Accurate data reporting.
• Should be willing to go for walk-in drives.
• Should be flexible on work timings.
• Should not be pursuing any regular course.
