Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for escalations of IPS/IDS software running on multi-processor platforms.

- Troubleshoot customer issues and take them to closure.

- Replicate problems in lab, fix and provide hotfixes to customer.

- Analyze incoming escalations and provide training to Support Engineers.

- Automation of Customer test cases and integration to existing Automation Framework.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech Computer Science or equivalent

- At least [5-8] years of experience in product sustenance/QA.

- Proven experience in front ending of customer escalations.

- Experience on networking/security products is a huge plus.

- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP and SSL networking protocols.

- Experience in troubleshooting system level issues and excellent problem solving skills.

- Must be highly motivated with a strong passion for and commitment to software quality.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both within a team and cross-group.

- Ability to analyze complex customer network topologies and replicate the same in the lab if required.
