• Process Associate
• To participate in delivering the assigned task while adhering to quality standards under the guidance/supervision of identified mentor/lead.
• Performs title examination of simple title orders requiring a limited level of expertise.
• Examines the chain of title for orders of limited complexity.
• Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of appropriate codes from the title code book.
