Job Description:
- Experience with IP Networking L2/3 Protocols, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, STP as well as an emphasis on SNMP, Linux and VMWare experience
- Provide high-level technical expertise in resolving core design and avoid further product issues
- Provides support to customers, resellers, and field personnel in resolving company product related issues
- Document sequence of events related to resolving customer technical issues
- Provide tier 3 high-level technical expertise in resolving Service Provider and Data Center product issues.
Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
Education level:
1.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Masters in Computer Science, MCSE, or
equivalent experience of at least 5 years in a technical customer support team.
Work Experience:
1.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical customer support environment
Education
and Work Experience:
1.
BS or related discipline.
2.
Knowledge of working with test equipment like IXIA and Smartbits is a needed.
