Job Description:

Bharat Electronics Ltd. a Navratna Company and India‟s premier professional Electronics Company invites applications from Ex-Servicemen from IAF and civilians for its Ghaziabad Unit on permanent basis.

1. Preparation and finalization of Command and control system requirements in line with the standard operating procedures of Indian Air Force.

2. Liaise with Customers, providing customer support and services through efficient internal co-ordination.

3. Developments of algorithms with software developers based on IAP requirements and the Assets (Weapons & Sensors) of Defence inclusion into the system to be inducted in near future.

4. Explore new business opportunities in Command and control system for BEL and assist Units and SBUs in tendering process.

5. New tactics & profile development for Aircraft Interception and Aircraft Recovery.

6. Conduct of acceptance test procedures with customer at BEL Lab and sites of IAF.

7. Gather Intelligence on industry trends, customer‟s existing and future needs.

8. Giving presentation and holding customer meets to enable BEL participate in global tenders for Command and control based products.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Science or equivalent from an AICTE approved Institution or equivalent qualification from the Defence Forces.

2. Masters degree or MBA is desirable
