Job Description:

• System Administrator
• Candidate will be responsible to support the Linux local/remote infrastructure as per defined SLA, ITIL process and standards.
• Candidate needs to work in shift if required and should be available on 24X7 bases in case of any emergency and project requirement.
• Candidate key job responsibility would be install lation, configurations, management, updates,monitoring and report generating of Servers.
• Candidate may have to work in virtualizations environment Microsoft Hyper-V , VMware knowledge would be plus.
• Candidate has to manage 2-5 members of team and must have the good leadership skill and should be good in documentation and project management.

Technical Skills:

• Must have RHCE/SCSA/RCHSS certification.
• Installation and configurations of Linux/Unix servers.
• Managing the Linux servers like SAMBA, FTP, DNS, NFS and NIS.
• He should have good understand and working experience on middleware technologies Good exposure and experience on LAMP, tomcat, jboss , pgSQL and other web/app servers like weblogic and DBs like pgSQL, MySQL, Oracle setup and configurations.
• Should have good understanding of TCP/IP and monitoring tools and technologies.
• Should have good written and communication skills.
• Should have good troubleshooting skills of Linux OS and servers.
• Good understanding and experience of shell scripting.
• Must have the understanding of ITIL process and respective tools and ticketing system.
• He should be good in project management and documentation.
