Job Description:
Responsible :
1. Ensuring compliance to HPE accounting rules and Policy
2. Driving revenue optimisation , quota planning, compliance and reporting
3. Consulting with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope
4. Support local General Manager to achieve revenue and product mix target
5. Assist in the development and execution of global VSOE/FV efforts
6. Assist in the negotiation of large deals and answering revenue questions for APJ region
7. Writing memos/whitepapers on revenue treatment for large transactions
8. Working with controllership, BU finance and auditors on acceptance of the revenue dispositions
9. Provide revenue recognitions training to sales, sales operations, business finance, legal, product marketing etc
10. Provide strategic initiatives and other ad hoc projects to the company in the area of revenue assurance

Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience Required:
1. First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
2. Typically 7+ years of experience as a financial analyst
3. Typically experienced in more than one finance function

1. Leads multiple project teams of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration
2. Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.
 3. Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
4. Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities
5. Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization.
6. Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members

Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
2. Minimum 6-10 years experience in Java/JEE technologies
3. 2+ years of experience in any Web based UI development technologies
