1. Requirement understanding & clarification, Estimation.

2. Planning with functional manager from IBM..

3. Team handling, work assignment, status reporting

4. Technical issue handing with team members for complex issues

5. Excellent communication & escalation handling skills

Candidate Profile :

Technical knowledge :

1. Working experience on of JAVA 1.6, J2EE & Servlet, XML, XHTML.

2. Working experience on IBM WebSphere - portal & portlet development & enhancement.

3. Detailed knowledge & experience on Web Content management, workflows, APIs, Templates.

4. Requirement understanding & following coding practices from the available WCM solution.

5. Independently work on assignments projects or enhancements

6. Team player/ Very good communication skills
