Job Description:

• Service Desk
• Logging user complaints received through phone, email, and web.
• Allocating calls to onsite/ field service engineers.
• Assigning severity level to each call as per the predefined definitions.
• Call tracking and closing.
• Prioritize & resolve the incident as per the defined matrix.
• Monitor the Service Desk tool for open, and pending incidents.
• Update incident status to users periodically & as per the communication standards as and when the status changes.
• Co-ordinate with Vendors and carry out escalation when appropriate.
• Vendors coordination and Vendors Performance Reports as per schedule.
• Escalation of calls to various levels based on SLA.
• Identification and resolution of chronic calls and problem.
• Co-ordination with HMCL for technical problems logged at the Service Desk.
• Report generation and analysis.
• Services will be delivered in adherence to HMCLs process framework for service delivery.
• Licenses Management for all the in scope users / assets / Vendors.
