Job Description:

Network Administrator

• Should be responsible for day-to-day operations of IT department.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users on floor related to Networks.
• Hands on experience on Cisco & Juniper Routers, Cisco & Juniper.
• Swithches, Cisco ASA Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers.
• Should have realtime working experience on new network establishment, Routing, Swithcing, VPN Tunnelling, VLANS, Spanning tree and trunking.
• Should have knowledge on Network monitoring tools configurations and implementation.
• Handling incidents, tasks and activities; calls & provide technical support.
• Monitor emails and respond to the customer with effective solutions.
• Follow-up daily on all the open incidents.
• Escalating incidents according to SLAs.
• Follow SOPs and prepare new SOPs on need basis.
