Job Description:

1. automating and streamlining operations and processes

2. building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring and operations

3. troubleshooting and resolving issues in different environments

4. building the whole stack in different environments and providing 24/7 on-call support

Candidate Profile:

The DevOps Engineer should strong experience with:

1. working as a Software Engineer for at least 5 years

2. experience in AppOps/DevOps for at least 3 years

3. Linux, Unix and Amazon Web Services administration

4. AWS Services – EC2, Redis, RDS, VPC, etc.

5. automation and configuration management using Ansible, Puppet or similar

6. managing Web and Database servers – MySQL and PostgreSQL

7. using tools for monitoring system metrics

8. software configuration, deployment management – Git, Github, Jenkins, etc.

9. production support experience with 24/7 on-call support

10. building CI and CD pipelines

11. load balancers, routers and firewalls

12. capacity planning, utilization review and performance monitoring
