Responsibilities:
The job duties of the Business Analyst includes, but
is not limited to the following:
1. Use quantitative techniques to analyze data and
make decisions.
2. Manage requirements traceability information and
track requirements status throughout the project.
3. Develops reporting to make data more meaningful to
business initiatives.
4. Presents to organization, cross-functional groups,
and sells the findings.
5. Coordinates multiple inputs and priorities and
organizes into a presentable and organized system.
6. The ability to think analytically, solve problems
to complex business processes, and document results.
7. The ability to communicate complex ideas in a
clear, concise manner across functional and technical departments.
8. Develop and implement necessary processes to
support internal forecasting and reporting requirements.
9. Develops workflows, use case diagrams, flowcharts,
and other analysis-type documentation.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2. 2-5 Years Business Process or Analytics &
Reporting experience
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Office suite
5. Experience in business reporting tools like Oracle
BI, Tableau
