Job Description:

1. This critical business operations position is part of the Prepaid Servicing & Operations organization (formerly known as Enterprise Growth Servicing) within World Service (WS).

2. Prepaid Servicing & Operations is responsible for delivering extraordinary customer care at the right margins while managing all production and operations functions for the following products: Serve, Blue Bird, Gift Card, Traveler Cheques and all other prepaid products globally.

3. Within Prepaid Servicing & Operations, this role requires a project analyst to operate, perform call quality monitoring activities for servicing prepaid products including Serve, Bluebird, Gift Card, among others.

4. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and ability to work in Cross Functional teams.

5. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Candiate Profile:

Qualifications:

1. Call Quality Monitoring

2. BST/PCT

3. Relationship Care

4. Data analysis and Reporting (building and refinement)

5. Complaints

6. CCP process/procedure

7. Prepaid products (Serve and FIS) – would a be a plus

8. Strong communication skills both verbal and written –technical writing is a plus

9. Presentation skills to multiple levels of leadership

10. Ability to work under pressure on a fast-paced, collaborative, team that is multi-location based.
